DCC MANAGEMENT is a young management consulting company for the SME sector (small and medium-sized companies), with a strong focus on implementation of innovative and value-creating solutions. We have international experience but the geographic focus of our services is mainly the Romanian market - for both international and local companies. Regardless of the business case, we show our clients the whole path for the development of their business: starting from the company and its environment analysis, continuing with goal and strategy formulation and finishing with the implementation of our solutions and measurement of the resulting performance.
